On the day
Have the QR code ready — in the email, on WhatsApp, or printed. It is scanned at the door and you are in. If anything goes wrong at entry, find the organiser's team on site; they can look your booking up.
Attendee questions
Where does my ticket go?
Sent by email and on WhatsApp the moment your order completes — both are included with every ticket. Check your junk folder, then your WhatsApp chats.
Do I need to print it?
No. The QR code on your phone is scanned at the door. A printout works too if you prefer one.
What if I need a refund?
Refund terms are set by each event organiser and differ between events — so check them before you pay. They are shown at checkout. There is no single blanket policy across every event on EventGo Australia. More in the help centre.
