Scanning runs off the phones your team already has. A ticket that has already been through is flagged the moment it is tried again, and someone at EventGo Australia is reachable if the queue starts backing up.

Organiser questions

Who can sell tickets on EventGo Australia?

Anyone running a legitimate event in Australia — concerts, festivals, comedy, workshops and classes, business events and conferences, sport, family, food, nightlife, performances, cultural and community events. Every organiser is reviewed by a person before they can sell.

How do I apply?

Apply here. It takes your name, email, phone and a password. If you would rather set up the first event together, support@eventgoaustralia.com.au or +61 451 987 743.

How long does approval take?

A person reviews every application, so it is not instant. We'll email you as soon as you're approved, or if we need more information first.

Who sets the refund policy?

You do. Refund, transfer and entry terms are set per event by the organiser and shown to buyers at checkout.

How do I get paid?

You request a payout from your organiser dashboard and EventGo Australia approves it and pays it to your account. Pricing is transparent: you know what it costs before you list.

Can you help promote my event?

Yes — Meta and Google advertising, SEO, social, reels and creative. It is the same team that runs your ticketing. How promotion works
